    Working with Siena has not only transformed my training but allowed me to work towards lifting goals I had not previously felt confident enough to pursue. She is welcoming, collaborative, insightful, and confident which creates a training dynamic few coaches are able to replicate and build. I’ve gone from casual lifting to competitive powerlifting and it is because Siena is determined to help her clients not only achieve their goals, but exceed them. Always willing to answer questions, provide modifications, and support clients through training challenges, it has truly been a joy working with her these past few years.     Training with Siena has been amazing for the past 8 months, she’d been incredibly patient with me. When starting in April, I had some background of training with weights but never specifically powerlifting. The minute I started training with her I noticed a drastic change in the way I was working out. From how often I was going to the gym, down to the tiniest muscle that I never knew I wasn’t using properly. I had patellar tendonitis that made it difficult to work out and help me from powerlifting. She helped be get my knee pain-free while lifting and now I am able to make getting stronger my main priority. Siena is great to work with and she listens to what I’m feeling with each movement and helps me adjust correctly so that I don’t hurt myself. I trust her completely because I know she is trying to help me achieve my goals. I always look forward to my sessions with Siena and I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer!

    Working with Siena has been a game changer for me. Before, I used to workout randomly mixing in common weight and cardio routines without any structure or intent which resulted in a plateau relative to my fitness goals. Since getting on a program with Siena, she has pushed me to target those goals and elevate my results in a sustainable manner. After our initial assessment, she took the time to listen to my goals and crafted a program to target those goals. Each workout thereafter has been both punishing and rewarding and she is great about encouragement without being too pushy. I have a weak shoulder that has been plaguing me for a while and she was meticulous about addressing it in all of our workouts and was able to adapt depending on how my body felt. Her knowledge of human anatomy and fitness is robust and I’ve had the benefit of tapping that knowledge throughout our programs together. The workouts never get boring as she switches up when appropriate. I would highly recommend her training expertise to anyone looking for a robust program to guide them towards their fitness goals.

    She and I have been training together for 4 months. When I started training, I was completely new to exercise, so partnering with her has helped me tremendously; I’ve already lost 10lbs while simultaneously gaining muscle! She pays great attention to detail in every program and even took me through simple assessments before designing my program to ensure it’s personalized based on my capabilities and goals. She not only has helped me lose weight, but has made me feel more energetic, clear, and motivated. I never thought I would enjoy exercise as much as I do now, however it has become a lifestyle for me. Siena is also always willing to learn and challenge herself as a coach; I asked to incorporate yoga into our weekly sessions, which I know is not her specialty as a strength coach, but she was willing to research and do it with me at least 1x per week which really shows me she cares about her clients.     I have felt misguided on my fitness journey trying to do it on my own for the longest time. I would read contradicting articles on what was the best way to lose weight and would get frustrated with plateaus or more weight gain when nothing was working. I reached out to Siena to get some clarity and admit to myself that I needed extra help with achieving my goals. After my personalized program I feel like a completely different person! I am more aware of the diet and exercises that work well for me PERSONALLY. I have been consistently losing weight over the last 4 weeks while working with her, and although I have not reached my goals yet, I am more confident and patient with the journey and happy I always have someone to turn to for questions.
