I'm a passionate fitness enthusiast currently living in Connecticut. My journey into the world of fitness began in 2016, when I discovered a deep-seated interest in leading a healthy and active lifestyle.

Fueled by this newfound passion, I embarked on a path of higher education, pursuing a degree in Exercise Science. After dedicating years of study and hard work, I proudly graduated with my A.S. in Exercise Science, equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the human body and the mechanics of physical fitness.

To further solidify my expertise in the field, I obtained several notable certifications. I am a Certified Personal Trainer accredited by American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), ensuring that my training methods are not only effective but also grounded in scientific principles.

In addition, I hold certifications from USA Powerlifting and USA Weightlifting. These certifications testify to my proficiency in strength training and weightlifting techniques, enabling me to guide individuals towards their fitness goals with confidence and precision.

Throughout my journey, I've been driven by a desire to empower others to unlock their full potential and achieve optimal health and wellness. Whether it's through personalized training programs or motivational support, I am committed to helping individuals transform their lives and cultivate a lasting commitment to fitness.

Outside of the gym, you'll often find me exploring the great outdoors, hiking or playing with my 2 pups! I believe in finding balance in all aspects of life, embracing both physical and mental well-being as essential components of a healthy life.
